Integrated Referral and Intake (IRIS) – Virtual

My name is Jan Cichello, and I serve as the Marketing Manager at the University of Kansas Center for Public Partnerships and Research (CPPR).

CPPR operates a program dedicated to connecting families with needed service resources. The program is called IRIS (Integrated Referral and Intake System) – a web-based tool that allows community service providers to send, track, and accept referrals in real time, ensuring families don’t get lost between agencies. IRIS gives communities a shared platform for coordination and has been valuable in supporting home visiting programs and strengthening coordination across early childhood systems.
