Adult Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand, and
respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.
Tech-free courses require no prework and 9 hours of in-person instruction.
All classes will be held at Astra’s 330 SW
Oakley Avenue building.
