School Mental Health Showcase Workshop
Effective school mental health implementation, capable of producing significant change for children/youth
and the adults that support them, requires collaboration, planning, and coordination.
This workshop will celebrate and create opportunities for collaboration and learning among Kansas school
communities implementing school mental health practices. The morning will include a one-hour keynote
address from Dr. Lori Desautels and participants will then select breakout sessions to hear presentations
from districts, agencies, school teams, and individuals on their implementation of the practices below:
